AC units runs outside, but I do not get cold air blowing inside. Frost/Ice building up on blower in basement. Left off overnight and turned on this morning to same effect

Hi, my fiance and I recently moved into a home that has been vacant for about one year. The home has a brand new air conditioning and heating system but as of lately the air conditioning unit is only blowing out hot or room temperature air. i would like to know if you guys can come out and take a look at it and give me an estimated quote.

I HAVE TWO CENTRAL AIR UNITS IN MY HOME. THE ONE UPSTAIRS WILL NOT COME ON AT ALL. MY DOWNSTAIRS UNIT WILL COME ON BUT ONLY BLOWS OUT WARM AIR.

One day the a/c is working the next day the fan isn't blowing or is the a/c working, i replaced the contactor relay because it was ate-up. when i did that the fan began to work but no air is coming out...... so could you please call me i need a solution... i have 3 young girls at home and we need air a.s.a.p..... thank you i hope you can help.... thanks TJ
